How does Ford Pickup & Delivery work?

With Pickup & Delivery, a technician will pick up your vehicle at your home or office, service at the dealership, and drop it back off when service is complete.

How much does Ford Pickup & Delivery cost?

Ford Pickup & Delivery is complimentary within a 2o mile radius.* When you need service, your Ford Dealer will pick up and return your vehicle. Does not include parts or repair charges.

*Ford Pickup & Delivery may be limited based on availability or other dealer-specified criteria. Does not include parts or repair charges. A nonoperational vehicle is not eligible and will require a Roadside event.

How long will Ford Pickup & Delivery service take?
